Ghost in the Cell

Action horror comedy from Joko Anwar, in which a group of prisoners put their rivalry aside to team up and defeat a vengeful ghost.

Indonesian genre master Joko Anwar departs from his usual dark ghost stories in his twelfth feature film. In the brightly lit prison of Ghost in the Cell, you see every horror in full glory. Anwar alternates bloody scenes with chaotic slapstick, spontaneous dance-offs, dynamic fights and sudden prayers.
