Stephen King wrote a haunting horror novel about a girl with a sadistic mother. At school she is bullied, and during prom night she is subjected to a terrible ordeal.
Brian De Palma turned it into a classic starring Sissy Spacek as Carrie. Her revenge is devastating, her weapon telekinesis. Carrie: 'It has nothing to do with Satan, Mama. It's me. Me. If I concentrate hard enough, I can move things.'
